Does the Master you follow tell you the Instructions of Elohim are not to be Followed? Do you go to a church where this Jesus teaches you to NOT Follow Torah?

So to Rebuke the True Hebrew Names, Refuse them entirely from your Life, Is not a decision made with the Help of the Ruach.

So its not that you can’t learn to speak the True Names, its That you chose not to have them in your Life. Rebuking The True Names just like the Demons didn’t want it around them. Go Away, what do you want with us !?!
